Hi there.

Hi, I’m Rachel. I live in Chicago and love the energy of the city, but deep down, I’m a wide-open spaces kind of girl. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and together we’re raising six beautiful, wild, and wonderful kids. I own a cutie boutique with my sister— Haven & Co. Boutique.

I firmly believe there’s an ‘Office’ quote for every situation. I love a good thrift haul, and my happy place is anywhere I can curl up with a novel, a strong cup of coffee (or a little whisky, depending on the hour), and my people close by.

My journey in marketing and graphic design has been shaped by both wins and failures—and I’m thankful for all of it. Every misstep and breakthrough has sharpened my perspective and grown my ability to serve clients with more clarity, empathy, and creativity.

I often describe myself as an organized creative. For a long time, I thought those two traits were at odds—structure and spontaneity, logic and imagination. But over time, I’ve learned that they’re not in conflict at all. In fact, the more I’ve embraced both, the more it’s allowed me to lead well, solve problems thoughtfully, and build strategies that don’t just look good—but work. I’ve found that the best creative solutions live right at the intersection of process and play. As Picasso put it, “Learn the rules like a pro so you can break them like an artist.”

I thrive in team environments where collaboration is key—from early prep and planning to execution and final wrap-up. I’m energized by helping others recognize their strengths and operate in their lane. I believe when people are working from their gifts—passion, skill, and calling—you get not only stronger results, but a healthier, more joyful team in the process.

Creativity happens when we know the rules, so that we can also know when and how to break them.
